Sweet Thang 〰️
After many years of working in cafes, our paths crossed at a coffee shop in Honolulu Hawaii. It was here our relationship began, and the thought of one day owning a coffee business was a dream we both shared. Overtime, this dream manifested itself into Sweet Thang Coffee. We took the leap and moved to Los Angeles together and put our coffee on wheels. A new mobile espresso bar was born, with a mission to cultivate genuine connection and create community through coffee, music & art. With so much room to grow we hope you will join us on this journey.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by.
Love, Brogan and Zach

Our Coffee
When we started Sweet Thang, one of the biggest decisions we had to make was where & who we wanted to get our coffee from. After loads of research and help from our community of friends - we’re so happy to announce that we’ve partnered up with Semilla!
Apart from importing and selling speciality coffee, Semilla works diligently, advocating for generational small holders across the world to make sure their needs and wishes are met without compromise.
Through this new relationship with Semilla, they were able to partner us up with Juan Rodriguez Cano, a farm owner who is based in the high mountain range of El Volcancito, Guatemala.
Juan and his community have layed down the foundation for a more environmentally and economically sustainable future for coffee production in their town - and their passions do not go unnoticed.
After sampling numerous bags of coffee from around the world, we knew instantly that Juan’s was the one.
Grown in the mountains of Guatemala with notes of berries and cream wrapped up in a dark chocolate almond-ey finish, it’s no surprise that we fell in love.
This will be our shining star of the show - used in all of our espresso based drinks & cold brew. ✨
We feel very fortunate to be working with Juan and Semilla. We want to support smallholders to help slowly bridge the gap for a better future in the global coffee system.
We can’t wait to continue to share more sweet times you all, we hope you enjoy this coffee just as much as we do.
